Keeping fingernails clean: If you thought you had to make a choice between having good-looking fingernail & gardening, here's a tip for you. Rub nails over a bar of soap before going outdoors to work in the garden. The soap embeds under the nails so dirt has nowhere to go. When you rinse your hands with water, soap comes right out. Also for yellowing nails - soak in polident, 2-3 tablets for each hand. -OR- Wear Gloves!
